Wanstead Park Hike

Join us for a gentle early morning walk around Wanstead Park.

We’ll take it easy, feed the ducks, reflect, practise gratitude, hug the trees 🌳 and enjoy the beautiful morning dhikr of the birds. 🐦

We’ll finish at the Tea Hut with a tea, coffee—or an ice cream for those brave enough at 8am! 😜☕🍦
