Oak Trail Theydon Bois Sisters’ Hike

Join the TawakCool Adventures tribe for a refreshing escape into nature as we explore Epping Forest from the Theydon Bois side.

Our featured route, the Oak Trail, is a 6.6-mile journey through ancient woodland. Along the way, you’ll discover the historic Ambresbury Banks, pass through a peaceful deer sanctuary, and encounter unique areas such as the mysterious “Dead Oak.”

Trail Conditions:
The route is generally easy with a few gentle hills. However, it can become quite muddy after rainfall, so sturdy walking boots or wellies are highly recommended.
