Hainault Forest Women’s Hike

Koin us this Sunday morning for an energising 8km hike through Hainault Forest.

September is the perfect time to get back into a regular routine, challenge ourselves and make time for our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

This is about more than just walking. It’s about showing up for yourself, pushing beyond your comfort zone, achieving something you can be proud of, and doing it alongside a community of sisters who motivate and support one another. 💪🏽
