Chipping Ongar – Greensted

Join us this Sunday as we set out to explore a fascinating piece of local history in Greensted, home to what is believed to be the world’s oldest wooden church. Legend or fact? Come and decide for yourself!

Our route will lead us through peaceful meadows, open fields, and beautiful countryside scenery. Don’t be fooled by the lack of hills—without much elevation to slow us down, we’ll be putting our endurance to the test and covering some good ground together.
