The Neuro-Iman Programme: Tune Your Heart-Brain Frequency (Week 2)
Neuro Iman Workshop: Tune Your Heart-Brain Frequency
Step into a morning designed to uplift your body, mind, and soul.
We begin with a refreshing guided walk in nature—an opportunity to breathe deeply, reset, and prepare your heart for meaningful transformation. From there, we move into a powerful Neuro Iman session that connects modern neuroscience with timeless spiritual wisdom.
In this unique workshop, you’ll explore how the three states of the Nafs align with your brain’s natural frequencies:
Beta — the restless Nafs al-Ammarah
Alpha — the reflective Nafs al-Lawwamah
Gamma — the peaceful Nafs al-Mutma’innah
You’ll be guided through the Sky-Tree Anchor, a simple yet powerful visual technique designed to help you instantly shift from stress and overwhelm into a state of calm presence and spiritual clarity.
Together, we’ll uncover the key times, speech patterns, and daily habits that elevate your spiritual energy and help you move from survival mode into deep inner peace.
“Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”
(Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:28)
This is more than a workshop—it’s an experience to realign your inner state, reconnect with your purpose, and walk away with tools you can use every single day.
