The Neuro-Iman Programme: Rewiring the Soul (Week 1)
Build an unshakeable identity through iman — where the science of the brain meets the strength of faith.
We will begin with a refreshing walk in the park, followed by the Neuro-Iman session, where we will explore faith, identity, reflection, and the connection between our Islamic principles and the way our brains are wired.
The Neuro-Iman Programme is a reflective outdoor experience designed for sisters who want to strengthen their sense of self through faith, nature, and meaningful learning. This session offers a unique opportunity to explore how Islamic principles and the way our brains are designed can work together to help us grow into stronger, more grounded versions of ourselves.
Set in the calm of the park, this discovery session combines reflection, discussion, and hands-on activities in a peaceful outdoor setting. It is a chance to step away from everyday noise, reconnect with your inner self, and notice the signs of the Creator both within you and all around you.
