Mums and Teens Nature Hike

Join us for a refreshing 2-hour outdoor adventure through the beautiful Hainault Forest — a taster session from our new initiative designed to help mothers and daughters reconnect with nature, each other, and their peers.

This special event is held in collaboration with Rose Petals, bringing together our shared love for teen wellbeing, family connection, and the beauty of creation.

Together we’ll explore one of London’s most peaceful woodland spaces, discovering the natural resources and blessings provided by Allah, learning simple ways to appreciate and care for the environment, and enjoying mindful moments of gratitude and connection.
Expect a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere — perfect for families who want to bond, move, and reflect together.

Highlights include:

• Gentle guided hike suitable for all fitness levels
• Light nature-based reflections and conversation prompts
• Time for Duha prayer and shared gratitude moments
• Fun nature activities for daughters to engage and learn
